The biggest change isn’t that ChatGPT Free got “unlimited.” It’s that a good AI model is no longer the main reason most people need a subscription. If your workflow is mostly text, Free may now be all you need. If you rely on files, images, advanced tools, or the strongest model, Plus still has a reason to exist.
